Benjamin W. Martz, CPIA

A lifelong resident of Edinboro, Benjamin Martz brings deep community roots and a strong legacy to Hart, McConahy, & Martz. He joined the agency in June 2008 and quickly made his mark, earning his Certified Professional Insurance Advisor (CPIA) designation in 2013 and being named Partner just two years later, in January 2015.

A proud graduate of General McLane High School, Ben went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in marketing from Penn State University. As a third-generation insurance broker, he’s licensed to sell all lines of insurance and serves both individual and commercial clients with a focus on trust, transparency, and tailored coverage solutions.

Ben is known around the office for his outgoing personality and ability to bring a light-hearted energy to even the busiest days. Outside of work, he enjoys waterfowl and archery hunting, boating, fishing, snowboarding, and—most of all—spending quality time with his wife, Kim, and their son, Tripp.
