Hailing from Westfield, NY, Gail has worked in the customer service business for over 20 years. After working for Highmark BCBS, Gail brought her knowledge of health benefits to the Hart, McConahy, & Martz team eight years ago. In her spare time, Gail likes to watch the Erie Seawolves, the Erie Otters, and the Buffalo Bills, as well as reading a good book, curling up by the fire, breakfasts out with her friends, and being with her family.
