A proud Erie native, Scarlett brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the Hart, McConahy & Martz team, including the past nine years in property management. Her strong background in client-focused roles makes her a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.

Outside the office, Scarlett enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and her husband love exploring the scenic parks in Erie and the surrounding areas with their sons—whether it’s walking local trails or planning their next travel adventure together.
