Pennie Extends Open Enrollment Until 12/22/23, for 1/1/24 Effective Date!

Customers now have until 12/22/23, to select a plan that begins New Year’s Day!
 
What Happened:

• Due to exceptionally high call volumes on 12/15 at the Pennie Customer Service Center, customers can qualify for more time to enroll for health coverage that begins January 1st

How can customers enroll in 1/1 coverage: 

1. Customers will need to call Pennie Customer Service at 1-844-844-8040.  
2. Tell the Customer Service Representative that they tried to call on December 15^thand experienced a long wait time. The CSR will apply the December 22 extension to the customer’s account. 
3. Call your agent to help you enroll. IF you do not have an agent, call the HMM Team at (814) 455-0987 x 119.
