Personal Or Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job description
Primary Role:
-
Day-to-day quoting and servicing of assigned Personal or Commercial Lines Accounts, including but not limited to:
-
Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction
-
Marketing & placement of renewal accounts as appropriate
-
Achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account attention, and providing extraordinary client service
We would prefer (but not required) a qualified candidate to:
-
Hold a current Pennsylvania property/casualty License (or willing to secure).

Have insurance industry experience.

Experience and expertise operating in the electronic environment; Microsoft Office, document management software and phone systems.

Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques
